Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. is seeking a part-time Facility Employee in Panningen to keep the production environment clean, hygienic, and safe. You will support daily operations by tidying toilets, offices, canteen areas, and coffee stations, while ensuring hygiene standards are met.

The position offers a gross hourly wage of €17.17, plus travel allowance. You will work 24–40 hours per week with 06:00–14:00 shifts and occasional Saturday work every four weeks, with clothing and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• MBO (secondary vocational) work level.
• Speak Dutch, English, or German.
• Willingness to learn; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean toilets and sanitary areas.
• Clean offices, desks, and general areas.
• Maintain the canteen, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and refill coffee machines.
• Handle tasks like refilling cleaning supplies and paper products.
• Report defects or safety issues and follow hygiene regulations.

In this role, you ensure that the work environment and facilities are always clean, hygienic, and in excellent condition. Thanks to your efforts, colleagues can work daily in a pleasant and safe environment.

What do we offer?

• Gross hourly wage of €17.17 (excluding allowances);
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
• Part-time position of 24 to 40 hours per week;
• Working hours: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Every 4 weeks, work 2 Saturdays;
• Company clothing and personal protective equipment are provided.

What will you do?

• Clean toilets and sanitary areas;
• Clean offices, desks, and general areas;
• Maintain the canteen, including cleaning tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment;
• Clean and refill coffee machines;
• Handle miscellaneous tasks, such as refilling cleaning supplies and paper products;
• Report any defects or malfunctions in cleaning materials or the work environment;
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations.

What will you bring?

• MBO (secondary vocational) work and thinking level;
• Speak Dutch, English, or German;
• Ability to clean accurately and thoroughly;
• No jewelry, piercings, fake nails, or nail polish due to hygiene requirements;
• Previous experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required – internal training is provided.
