Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE in the Netherlands seeks a Facilities Manager to lead facilities coordination across NL bars, owning the strategic and organizational side to uphold premium brand standards and smooth operation. You will bring structure, planning, and vendor oversight.

You will drive budget discipline, manage external providers, and design preventive maintenance programs while partnering with Operations, Marketing, and other teams to align initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in facilities coordination or management, ideally in hospitality or multi-site retail.
Strong project and priority management skills with multi-site coordination.
Experience owning a budget and delivering against cost targets.
Proven track record with RFPs, contract negotiation and vendor management.
Fluent English; Dutch preferred.
Advanced Excel and maintenance management software experience.

Responsibilities

Own facilities standards across NL bars and ensure brand and safety requirements are met.
Manage the facilities maintenance budget, forecast spend, and seek cost savings.
Handle reactive maintenance requests and oversee service providers.
Design and implement preventive maintenance programs with tracking.
Lead external provider relationships from RFPs to contracts and SLAs.
Partner with Operations, Marketing and other departments on interventions.
Conduct site audits, drive action plans, and report insights to leadership.
Support capital projects from planning to execution with the Construction Manager.
Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained across sites.
