EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Fabric Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale data platform design using Fabric and Power BI. The role is based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work model, collaborating with IT and data teams to shape robust architectures and secure, scalable platforms.

You will guide platform choices, design governance, and oversee migrations from legacy systems while ensuring cost and performance efficiency across client engagements.

• Extensive experience in data & analytics architecture for enterprise-scale platforms.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end Fabric-based solutions for large clients.
• Hands-on validation of pipelines and models while guiding engineering decisions.

• Run architecture discovery and current-state assessments for enterprise clients.
• Document platform decisions and design governance frameworks.
• Design end-to-end Fabric solutions including Lakehouse and Data Factory pipelines.
• Plan migrations to Fabric and manage capacity sizing and licensing.
• Lead architectural reviews, ensure quality gates and reusable blueprints.
• Present to executives and technical audiences and drive stateful roadmaps.
