EPAM Systems Inc in Amsterdam seeks a Microsoft Fabric Solution Architect to design end-to-end Fabric solutions for enterprise clients across Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. You translate business needs into production-ready architectures, balancing lakehouse and warehouse designs with security and FinOps.

You will lead architecture discovery, document ADRs, review deployments and guide engineers, while advising on AI-ready data platforms with Copilot in Fabric and Power BI.

Competenze

• Four-plus years in data and analytics, BI or data platform architecture.

Mansioni

• Run architecture discovery and current-state assessments for enterprise clients.
• Document key platform decisions: Fabric vs. Databricks/Synapse/Snowflake and Lakehouse vs. Warehouse.
• Design end-to-end Fabric solutions: OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory pipelines, Notebooks and Power BI integration.
• Design governance, security and operating frameworks: Purview, RLS/OLS, identity and access models, CoE and ALM.
• Plan migrations from older platforms to Fabric and manage cost, performance and monitoring.
