NH Hotels & Resorts in Eindhoven is seeking an energetic F&B Supervisor to lead the restaurant, bar, and events teams, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality. You will work to create memorable guest experiences while upholding Minor Hotels standards.

You will guide staff, collaborate with kitchen and front office, and develop your leadership career within an international hotel group.

Qualificações

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, F&B, or restaurants.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and stays calm under pressure.
• Strong focus on service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Clear, confident communication with guests and colleagues.
• Enjoys sharing knowledge of food and beverages.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
