Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Supervisor for the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport location. You will support the F&B Manager, coordinate daily service, and monitor quality across outlets. The role requires leading a team of restaurant staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of hospitality in Dutch and English.

You will participate in daily briefings, manage handovers, and help guests enjoy flawless experiences while supporting the team to meet service targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor work processes in the F&B area to ensure quality.
• Lead and support the team during service periods and event setups.
• Ensure outlets are prepared for shifts and the evening rush, coordinating with kitchen and front office.
