Job summary

The-Social-Hub in the Netherlands is seeking an energetic F&B Supervisor to lead the front-of-house during busy shifts, keeping energy high and the service smooth.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, mentor new teammates, and ensure daily operations run like a well-oiled machine. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in senior waiter or bartender roles, fluent in English and Dutch, and a passion for guest-facing hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a senior waiter, barista, or bartender role.
• Ability to lead a team during service.
• Clear communication and calm under pressure.
• Eye for detail and keeping service consistent.
• Genuine hospitality energy and guest-facing experience.
• English and Dutch proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive tone.
• Guide the crew on the floor and solve issues in the moment.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety.
• Stay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities.
• Share targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing.

• You speak English and Dutch, extra languages are a bonus
