Job summary

Corendon is seeking a dynamic F&B Manager for W Amsterdam, where luxury service, bold energy, and fashion-forward experiences define the guest journey. You lead the full Food & Beverage operation across the W Lounge & Bar, inspiring Talent, elevating standards, and delivering a distinctive W vibe.

You’ll manage a high-energy, creative team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring flawless execution, guest interaction, and brand alignment across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same or similar role.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in luxury hotel F&B operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations — Oversee the W Lounge & Bar to ensure luxury service and a fully on-brand W experience.
• Ensure compliance — Safeguard all policies, procedures and brand standards across every outlet.
• Drive cross-department collaboration — Maintain smooth communication with all departments to deliver the ALL IN service philosophy.
• Stay in the know — Be the expert on everything happening in the hotel; you run the scene and know every detail.
• Balance operations and admin — Manage scheduling, stock counts, ordering, reporting and operational readiness.
• Develop and coach Talent — Handle appraisals, coaching, performance reviews and team development.
