Job summary

NH Collection Eindhoven is seeking a Food & Beverage Management Intern to assist and supervise the restaurant, bar, banqueting and room service with a focus on efficiency, coordination and communication. You will also coach the team during this internship and support various F&B departments in planning, organization and administration.

During the internship you’ll take part in cost and budget control, orders, and project support for the F&B Manager, while gaining valuable knowledge about

Responsibilities

• Support and execute projects for the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.
• Handle cost control, budget control and orders.
• Address complaints and ensure service quality across departments.
• Gain knowledge about products, materials and communication tools.
