Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace is offering an internship in Food & Beverage Management in Amsterdam. You will assist in supervising restaurant, bar, banqueting and room service with emphasis on efficiency and teamwork, while coaching the staff and supporting the F&B Manager on projects and budgets.

You will gain hands-on experience in cost control, product knowledge and service delivery, with training provided through Minor Hotels University Northern Europe and attractive employee rates

Qualifications

• Independence to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising restaurant, bar, banqueting and room service with focus on efficiency and coordination.
• Support (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager with cost control, budgeting and orders.
• Handle complaints within Food & Beverage to maintain service quality.
• Gain knowledge of products, materials and communication tools to optimize operations.
