Job summary

Park Centraal Amsterdam, part of Sircle Collection, seeks a Food & Beverage Intern to assist in day-to-day operations across F&B outlets and contribute to guest experiences with a hands-on approach.

You are a hospitality student with English skills, ambitious and creative, eager to work with a diverse team, and able to start in February 2027 for at least five months; note that our company cannot provide accommodation and you must arrange housing independently.

• Student enrolled in a relevant Bachelor in Hotel management / Hospitality / Tourism.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ambitious and creative student comfortable connecting with people and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations at multiple F&B outlets.
• Help ensure routines run smoothly and contribute to proactive planning to boost guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate on a specific project with the F&B Manager.
• Join a dynamic, young team and support delivery of guest experiences.

Job Description

To succeed in this role, you are currently a student enrolled in a relevant Bachelor Hotel management /Hospitality/ Tourism related study. You have good communication skills in English. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are an ambitious and creative student with good communication skills and knows how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.

You are available for a minimum period of five months.

Please note that our company is unable to provide accommodation. Successful applicants will be responsible for securing their own housing arrangements independently.

Compensations

• The internship compensation is € 750 gross based on a fulltime internship.
• We offer a compensation in your housing costs of € 80 gross (fulltime) in case you have to move to Amsterdam for your internship.
