Job summary

The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Intern to join our dynamic F&B team in Amsterdam. This role offers exposure to restaurant, bar and events operations within a Marriott International property and a vibrant, international workplace.

You will support daily service, guest interactions, mise en place, menu knowledge and wine service. We offer a trainee allowance, development opportunities and a friendly team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a student and have an internship agreement from school.
• Available for 5 to 10 months.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily restaurant and bar operations across outlets.
• Welcome and serve guests with a smile and anticipation of needs.
• Support mise en place and operational preparations.
• Learn menu knowledge, wine service and upselling techniques.
• Contribute to memorable guest experiences and events.
