Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant and bar and prepare mise en place before service.
• Support meetings and events breaks when needed.
• Seat guests and share knowledge about food and wine to enhance experiences.
• Deliver room service to regular guests when required.
• Close the restaurant and assist with preparing banqueting spaces for the next day.
• Polish glassware and finalize tasks at end of shift.
