Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam City Center zoekt een enthousiaste F&B Breakfast Service Waiter. Qualifications

• Ervaring in food & beverage dienstverlening is gunstig maar niet verplicht.
• Hands-on houding met een can-do werkwijze.
• Toewijding aan uitstekende gastvrijheid en service.
• In staat creatief oplossingen te vinden en taken eigen te maken.
• Integriteit en streven naar uitmuntendheid in een veeleisende omgeving.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels of Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Word onderdeel van het F&B-team, voornamelijk in het ontbijtgedeelte.
• Lever gastgerichte service van hoog niveau en snelle respons op gastenverzoeken.
• Neem verantwoordelijkheid voor toegewezen taken en werk professioneel uit.
• Draag bij aan de uitvoering van afdelingsplannen en hotelinitiatieven.
• Onderhoud relaties en draag bij aan de bedrijfscultuur en waarden.

What will you do?

• You will become part of our F&B Team, mainly at the Breakfast Area, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels;
• You will be working as part of an international team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries;
• You will take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner;
• You will deliver on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved;
• You build and maintai effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.

What are we looking for?

• You might already have some experience in food & beverage service. This is beneficial but not essential;
• You have a hands-on approach with a can-do work style;
• You show commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry;
• You have the ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned;
• You show personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence;
• You have strong communication skills in English or Dutch.
