You will be part of the F&B Service Waiter Evening Team, delivering attentive service, taking orders, preparing drinks, and ensuring guest comfort with a welcoming presence.

Qualifications

• English language skills required.
• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• You will work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• You are responsible for several duties and tasks (taking orders, making drinks, bringing food, informing guests, cleaning after your workspot, etc.), ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely, clean and professional manner.
• You are a collaborator and you work together with the F&B and Kitchen Team, communication is key.
• You build and maintain effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• You bring joy to the hotel and its guests, you are one of the faces of the F&B evening team.
• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial, but not essential.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
• Strong communication skills in English.
