Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center zoekt een enthousiaste Food & Beverage Service Waiter (Evening) om het avondteam te versterken. Je werkt samen met de F&B en keuken om gasten tijdig te bedienen en een consistente, gastvrije service te bieden.

Ervaring in F&B is welkom maar niet vereist; een hands-on instelling en sterke Engelse communicatie zijn essentieel. Je bent het gezicht van het avondteam en draagt bij aan een onvergetelijke gastenervaring in een gemoedelijke

Qualifications

• Vloeiende Engelse communicatie is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Als teamlid werk je mee aan guest satisfaction en snelle reactie op vragen.
• Verschillende taken zoals opnemen van bestellingen, drankjes maken, eten serveren en opruimen.
• Samenwerken met F&B en keuken voor een vlotte service.
• Draag bij aan de bedrijfscultuur en positieven sfeer in het team.
• Je bent het gezicht van het avond F&B-team.

Our F&B Service Waiter Evening Team has a unique flare and is able to lead and inspire the team to create the WOW-factor for our guests.

What will you do as part of this team?

• You will work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries;
• You are responsible for several duties and tasks (taking orders, making drinks, bringing food, informing guests, cleaning after your workspot, etc.), ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely, clean and professional manner;
• You are a collaborator and you work together with the F&B and Kitchen Team, communication is key;
• You build and maintain effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values;
• You bring joy to the hotel and its guests, you are one of the faces of the F&B evening team.

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial, but not essential;
• Hands‑on approach with a can‑do work style;
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry;
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned;
• Strong communication skills in English.
