Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is seeking an Allround F&B Service Employee to join across multiple outlets. The role offers flexibility across fulltime, part-time, and on-call basis in an international hotel where guest experience matters.

You will welcome guests, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen for dietary needs, and ensure smooth service while supporting other F&B outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus; a service-oriented attitude is essential.
• Good command of English.
• Availability in the evenings and flexibility with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the restaurant and support other F&B outlets (banqueting, breakfast, room service) (evenings).
• Welcoming guests, taking orders, and providing information about dishes and drinks.
• Coordinate with kitchen/manager for dietary requirements or special requests.
• Serve food and beverages, clear and reset tables.
• Process payments and ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Prepare simple orders independently when needed.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for serving guests in the restaurant, and if needed, support other F&B outlets such as banqueting, breakfast, or room service (mostly evenings shifts);

Service at Nomad Restaurant;

• Welcoming guests, taking orders, and providing information about dishes and drinks;
• Coordinating with the kitchen or manager for dietary requirements or special requests;
• Serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables;
• Processing payments and ensuring a smooth guest experience;
• Preparing simple orders independently when needed (e.g., pouring drinks, small snacks).

Supporting other F&B services (if needed);

• Setting up and breaking down meeting or event spaces;
• Preparing bars, buffets, or private dining areas;
• Assisting in other outlets like breakfast or room service when necessary.
