Job summary

The Den in 's-Hertogenbosch is looking for a Breakfast Associate to join the team on an early shift. You’ll collaborate with the kitchen to set up and deliver a superb breakfast experience, starting around 5:30–6:00 AM. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but the emphasis is on a positive attitude and teamwork.

You will welcome guests, keep the buffet area tidy, and support both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a memorable start to the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but not required – we train attitude over CV.
• A guest-first mindset with a warm, friendly presence
• You enjoy early mornings and working as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English

Responsibilities

• Help with prepping and setting up the breakfast buffet together with the kitchen team
• Welcome guests with a smile and assist them during breakfast service
• Keep the breakfast area clean, organised, and continuously refilled

THE POSITION

We are looking for an early bird with a passion for hospitality to join our team as a Breakfast Associate at The Den. In this role, you are one of the first smiles our guests see in the morning. You’ll be working closely with our kitchen team to set up and deliver a delicious breakfast experience.

This is an early shift position, typically starting between 5:30 and 6:00 AM, so it’s perfect for someone who loves a head start on the day.
