Rotterdam Incijfers is seeking a senior communications lead to own a proactive global media relations and PR strategy for asset management, elevating the firm’s profile with international journalists. You will shape narratives, advise senior leadership, and steer external communications for consistent messaging across platforms.

In this role you’ll craft speeches and bylines, manage media crises with Legal and Compliance, and drive thought leadership on topics like AI and ESG.

• Established network of journalists and market contacts.

• Own and execute a proactive global media relations and PR strategy
• Cultivate and expand relationships with international financial journalists and editors
• Advise ExCo and senior leaders on media engagement; act as corporate spokesperson when required
• Craft narratives, speeches, Q&As, key messages and bylines
• Identify emerging themes (e.g. AI, ESG market evolution, regulation) and drive thought leadership
• Partner with product specialists, investment writers and portfolio managers to shape strategic messaging
• Manage issues and crises with Legal and Compliance, maintaining holding statements and playbooks
• Plan and align internal and external communications to deliver consistent narratives
• Raise the profile of senior leaders through targeted media opportunities and platforms
