Job summary

PER, a BeNeLux-headquartered private markets investment firm, seeks an analyst to join its investor relations team. The position provides exposure to the full fundraising lifecycle, from supporting fund launches to managing ongoing communications with investors and material production.

You will collaborate with senior colleagues on due diligence, investor reporting, and meetings, with opportunities to broaden responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in private markets, asset management or investment banking.
• Excellent English language skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare key investor materials, including PPMs, DDQs, investor presentations, and tailored content.
• Manage and coordinate investor due diligence processes, including DDQ/RFP completion and responses to ad hoc investor queries.
• Assist with investor reporting and preparation for investor meetings and AGMs
• Work closely with senior team members on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
• Build exposure to investors and broader investor relations responsibilities over time
