• Completed HBO degree in Maritime Studies, Business, Logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ship brokering.
• Strong understanding of maritime law, shipping regulations, and operational practices.
• Excellent command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Proactive, professional and collaborative attitude.

• Ensure accurate documentation and manage all paperwork related to fixtures and chartering activities.
