Qualifications

• MBO or college level required.
• At least 2 years of experience performing hair transplant procedures using the FUE method.

Responsibilities

• Performing hair transplant treatments with precision: extract, sort and insert grafts according to FUE.
• Supervise clients on treatment day to ensure comfort and relaxation.
• Sterilize instrumentation and inform clients about recovery steps.
• Answer client questions before or after the consultation.
• Collaborate on protocols, quality and safety within the Clinic to maintain high standards.
• Provide input for educational materials to increase clinic visibility.
• Stay updated on latest trends and translate into improvements in advice and methods.

What will you do?

As a hair technician, you are a key member of our medical team. You assist the doctors with hair transplants, support clients throughout their treatment process, and actively contribute to the high standards of qualityClinic which Zantman Clinic is known. In addition, you’ll serve as a role model for fellow assistants and help foster the team’s continued growth. Are you a go-getter, a team player, and committed to quality? Then we’re looking for you.

Your main responsibilities:

• Performing hair transplant treatments with precision: Taking out, sorting and carefully inserting the grafts (groups of hair follicles) one by one according to the FUE.
• Client supervision on treatment day: You will ensure that clients are comfortable and relaxed during treatment day.
• Other Duties: You will sterilize instrumentation and call clients before or after treatment to prepare or inform them about recovery.
• Follow-up and advice: You will answer client questions prior to or after the consultation.
• Quality Assurance: You will collaborate on protocols, quality and safety within the Clinic so that care is always of the highest standard. You identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Development and Communications: You will provide input for online and offline educational materials to increase the visibility of the Clinic .
• Knowledge and Innovation: You stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques and developments within the industry and translate these into improvements in advice and working methods.

• Do you have at least 2 years of experience performing hair transplant procedures using the FUE?
