SOAP is opening a new clinic in Rotterdam and seeks a Clinic manager to lead daily operations. You will manage OR planning, staff rosters, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality cosmetic care.

You will steer KPIs, quality and processes, ensuring an outstanding client experience while contributing to rapid growth and a professional, close-knit team culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a clinical/OR setting.
• Operational management including planning, stock and workflows.
• Experience steering KPIs, performance and quality.
• Preferably familiarity with Clinicminds booking/planning.
• HBO level education or higher.

For our new clinic in Rotterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic Clinic manager.

About Soap

Soap Clinics is the first Doctors at Soap clinic where, in addition to cosmetic treatments, small-surgery procedures such as eyelid corrections are also performed. In this clinic, medical expertise and aesthetic care come together, alongside effective Medical Weight Loss programmes supervised by doctors and high-quality skin therapy treatments by experienced skin therapists.

Due to growth, we are opening a new location in Rotterdam in July. For this location, we are looking for a full-time Clinic manager.

About the role
As Clinic manageryou are ultimately responsible for the daily running of the clinic. You make sure all processes, from OR planning to stock management, run optimally. You are used to working in a medical/OR environment and know how to make different disciplines work together effectively. Your tasks include:

Leading, coaching and developing a multidisciplinary team (doctors, assistants and surgeons).

Coordinating day-to-day operations, including OR planning, rosters and staffing.

Monitoring quality, safety and protocols within the clinic and OR setting.

Optimising processes and workflows in a dynamic environment.

Actively steering on KPIs, quality and performance and translating these into improvements in day-to-day operations.

Spotting bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

Ensuring a high-quality client experience.

This is who you are

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a clinical or OR environment.

Proven experience in operational management, such as monitoring and optimising planning, stock, work processesand capacity.

Experience in steering on KPIs, performance and quality.

Preferably experience with booking and planning systems such as Clinicminds.

HBO working and thinking level.

An affinity with the cosmetic sector and basic knowledge of treatments such as injectables (botulinum toxin and fillers).

Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic insight and an active contribution to process improvement and growth.

Hands-on mentality and happy to take responsibility for day-to-day operations.

Service-oriented and focused on ensuring a high-quality client experience.
