You will monitor shipments, maintain records in logistics systems, analyze data for improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and customs requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics operations, expedition coordination, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and supply chain processes.
• Experience with route planning and vendor management (preferred).
• Knowledge of European logistics standards and regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate expedition planning and logistics, including scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.
• Manage inventory tracking and keep shipment records complete and compliant.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs forms and international requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Support warehouse operations and coordinate with staff for loading/unloading.
• Maintain organized records using logistics management systems.
• Troubleshoot logistics challenges and implement timely solutions.
