Syntegon Packaging Solutions B. V. in Weert, Netherlands, is seeking an organized Expedition Logistics Employee to join the operations team.

You will coordinate and manage logistics to ensure timely shipment of goods from the Weert facility, working with vendors, carriers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include planning, routing, inventory tracking, documentation, and compliance with international shipping rules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics operations, expedition coordination, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and supply chain processes.
• Experience with route planning and vendor management (preferred).
• Knowledge of European logistics standards and regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate expedition planning and logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.
• Manage inventory tracking and maintain accurate records of shipments, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs forms and international shipping requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company logistics protocols.
• Support warehouse operations and coordinate with warehouse staff to facilitate loading and unloading.
• Maintain organized records and databases using logistics management systems.
• Troubleshoot logistics challenges and implement solutions to minimize delays.
