EW Facility Services is hiring an Executive Housekeeping Manager in Amsterdam to lead the housekeeping team in a 4/5 star hotel environment. You will plan, organise and monitor quality, support the management and ensure standards are met.

The role is full-time with weekend work possible; benefits include a gross hourly wage starting at €19.12, 13 payments per year, travel allowance and holiday and year-end bonuses, plus 26 days of vacation and training opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in 4- or 5-star hotels.
• Strong planning, organizational and quality-control skills.
• Excellent communication with staff and hotel management.

• Monitoring productivity, staffing and quality
