APOLLO HOTEL AMSTERDAM, A TRIBUTE PORTFOLIO HOTEL invites you to join the Banqueting team. You will set up rooms for meetings and events, coordinating with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests are satisfied. You’ll assist with meals and strive to be proactive, independent and well-organized.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with additional language a bonus; evenings, weekends and holidays may be required. EU citizenship or valid NL work permit is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Set up rooms for events as required by guests.
• Coordinate with team during events to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation and service.
• Be proactive, independent and able to plan and organize tasks.
