Responsibilities

• Plan, design, manage and undertake evaluations with terms of reference.
• Collect, review and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for evidence-based findings.
• Manage external consultants and supervise evaluation budgets and timelines.
• Produce comprehensive evaluation reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Develop and promote IOM evaluation standards and guidance.
