Job summary

The International Criminal Court, based in The Hague, seeks an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation professional to lead evaluations, develop terms of reference, and supervise external experts. The role requires strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills, with experience in international or large legal organisations highly desirable.

Proficiency in English or French is required, with knowledge of additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in social science or related field. First-level degree with two extra years of experience accepted.
• Minimum of five years (seven with first-level degree) in evaluation of projects, programmes or policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, manage and undertake evaluations with TORs and evaluability assessments.
• Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for evidence-based findings.
• Manage external consultants and evaluation budgets/timelines.
• Produce comprehensive evaluation reports and present results to management.
• Develop and promote guidance on evaluation standards and practices.
