Fastned, a fast-growing European EV charging network, is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to own daily AP activities across multiple entities and support month-end close. You will process invoices, reconcile AP aging, maintain vendor master data, liaise with internal teams, and drive improvements in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Successfully completed training in accounting or a related field.
• Good understanding of invoice processing, payment procedures, and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately and timely.
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable and AP aging; manage vendor master data.
• Support month-end closing, VAT return preparation, and documentation for the annual audit.
• Participate in process improvements and system implementations.
