Job summary

Autocraft Solutions Group in Arnhem, Netherlands, is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily EV battery remanufacturing operations. You will deputy to the Site Manager, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and develop a high-performing production team in a fast-growing business.

You'll diagnose battery faults, optimize processes, and oversee planning, training and continuous improvement across the plant, collaborating with cross-functional teams and our UK HR when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in production management or manufacturing leadership.
• Experience with high‑voltage electrical systems is required.
• EV batteries or battery technology experience is desirable.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Site Manager with daily production operations
• Developing and managing weekly production plans
• Leading, coaching and motivating the production team
• Ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and on time
• Diagnosing battery faults and providing technical guidance during the remanufacturing process
• Testing and evaluating EV batteries
• Managing stock levels of batteries and production components
• Monitoring and reporting production performance and shift issues
