Job summary

Grow, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a client in the Netherlands.

The role centers on preventive maintenance of warehouse and bulk systems, ensuring operational readiness and safety. You will work full-time (40 hours) in Woerden, handling equipment such as bulk handling, packaging, silo storage, and internal transport, performing repairs, coordinating inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Graduate of a 3-year vocational course, diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Technology, Automotive, or related field.
Experience in welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in warehouse/logistics.
Willing to work full-time (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

Preventive maintenance of warehouse and bulk systems to ensure readiness and safety.
Identify, analyze, and fix technical malfunctions and perform preventive/corrective maintenance.
Coordinate annual inspections with external service providers and monitor external work quality.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per safety standards.
Contribute ideas to improve maintenance processes and operational efficiency.
