Job summary

Richemont operates a European warehouse in Amsterdam and seeks a Logistics Operator to manage inbound, outbound, returns and warehousing flows across multiple brands. You will work with SAP ERP, ensure accurate picking, shipping documentation, and claims handling, while maintaining stock accuracy and efficient daily operations.

Required are 3–5 years in a similar role, MBO-level education, and fluency in Dutch and English, with strong numeracy, accuracy and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• More than 2 years in a similar admin role.
• Advanced Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Picking spare parts and finished products using lists or RF devices, ensuring daily processing.
• Create shipments in ERP/EWM (SAP) and carrier software; print documents and packing lists.
• Receive and verify inbound deliveries; set arrival flags in SAP; address claims and adjust stock.
• Process returns from customers, wholesalers, and boutiques; store items in correct locations.
• Warehousing duties: organize stock by brand, create storage locations, assist with stock takes.
