Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Transportation Analyst Europe to optimize transportation performance across European warehouses and manufacturing sites. You will analyze data, monitor carrier performance, and drive data-driven improvements that lower costs and improve service.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, fluency in English, and a track record in logistics analysis. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Europe and with teams in Chennai, India.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent HBO level.
Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation analysis, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Analyze transportation and logistics data from multiple sources to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor carrier performance and conduct root cause analysis to address service and operational issues.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transportation performance.
Act as an escalation point for operational transportation challenges.
Support carrier onboarding activities, transportation compliance audits, and RFQ processes.
