Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive Mayo Pod initiatives within the European Supply Chain. You’ll lead end-to-end projects, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic goals including ESG, VE, and cost savings.

As part of a high-performing Mayo Pod team, you will champion continuous improvement, coordinate cross-functional inputs from SC, operations and manufacturing, and mentor colleagues in project management practices across

Qualifications

• EU working permit required (Orientation Year visa not included).
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• 3/4 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain.
• Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Good business acumen.
• English.
• Expert in Excel and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high and medium complexity projects end-to-end.
• Manage stakeholders and secure buy-in from senior leadership.
• Represent Supply Chain in Mayo Pod related topics and ensure feasibility of projects from an efficient supply chain perspective.
• Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts for support.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between SC, operations and manufacturing.
• Mentor and train team members, promoting best practices in project management.
