Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam is seeking an International Accounts Nego Lead & PMO to drive cross-border negotiations and central projects across Europe. You will report to the EU International Buying Lead and coordinate the nego season from analytics to execution, aligning multiple countries and BU stakeholders to a single strategy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of proven experience in commercial negotiations.
• Experience in multi-country negotiations.
• Fluent in English (written/spoken).
• Strong communication skills to build internal relationships with multiple BU & HQ stakeholders and external customers.
• Solid knowledge of commercial metrics and a commercial P&L.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Flexible mindset to adapt to last-minute changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and execution of international negotiations between the involved countries.
• Conduct negotiations from analytics to strategy and game plan, aligning stakeholders.
• Consolidate country input into one EPDM-aligned strategy and gameplan.
• Engage countries to secure buy-in and sign-off on strategy and plan.
• Represent Kraft Heinz at the negotiation table with international customers.
• Report and present progress to Sales directors and BU MDs.
• Collaborate with EPDM finance, legal, and BU teams throughout the process.
• Lead central projects across multiple countries (Shelf Ready Packaging, assortments, displays, promos).
• Coordinate with cross-department stakeholders (Insights, RGM, marketing, S&OP, production).
• Deliver central projects from ideation to ready-for-shipment execution.
