Job summary

HB RTS is seeking a Procurement Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies with a focus on logistics, warehousing, and supplier management across Europe. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost optimization while supporting growth plans.

You will lead a cross-functional team across regions, collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance, and travel regularly within Europe to ensure continuity and governance across categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years of international procurement experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, and supplier management.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy focusing on cost optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement across all categories.
• Lead sourcing processes, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management for logistics, warehousing, services, RTI, and facility services.
• Manage and optimize the European supplier network to ensure service quality and scalability for growth.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate the UK-based procurement team across regions."
• Serve as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders and support warehouse expansion, digitalization in procurement, and cross-functional objectives.
