Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Supplier Relations Manager to oversee supplier relationships and sourcing across Europe, ensuring reliable supply, competitive costs, and excellent customer service. You will work with internal teams and strategic suppliers to drive efficiency and manage risks.

You will lead cost analyses, risk mitigation, BI reporting, and quarterly reviews with suppliers, while developing regional forecasts and implementing service and delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, business, logistics, operations).
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with Sales, Quality, Customer Ops and Supply Chain leadership.
• 5+ years of supply chain/procurement experience across multiple European countries.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier relationships and sourcing across Europe to ensure reliable supply and competitive costs.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with corrugated board and packaging material suppliers.
• Analyze supply chain costs to reduce landed costs for customers.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Develop supply chain solutions and risk mitigation in partnership with Account Managers.
• Use BI tools to generate data-driven insights and create reports; lead regional forecasts.
