Job summary

Centre People Appointments is seeking a Marketing and Communication Specialist for its European operations. The role focuses on coordinating marketing activities, creating promotional materials, and supporting sales initiatives across Europe in an international environment.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, liaise with headquarters in Japan, and support logistics for trade shows. Dutch/Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or basic CMS.

Responsibilities

• Support and represent the company in marketing, advertising, and public relations activities, including trade shows, conferences, media contacts, online posts, customer presentations, brochures, and catalogues.
• Report directly to the CEO in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work closely with Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Coordinate with headquarters in Japan to ensure European marketing activities are aligned with company requirements.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, bookings, and schedules for international trade shows and exhibitions, including approximately 4–5-day trips within Europe every 2–3 months.
• Draft and format customer-facing newsletters and other internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with external design vendors to ensure consistent branding and timely delivery.
• Support ad hoc back-office tasks and administrative needs.
