Job summary

New Balance seeks an HR Generalist to deliver effective, hands-on HR support across multiple countries within the territory. You will be the first contact for managers and associates, working with the Territory HR Manager to ensure fair, compliant HR practices.

Responsibilities include advising on policies, handling employee relations cases, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR data (Workday), and supporting HR projects and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor/Generalist in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Spanish legislation knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience in multi-country and/or retail/matrix environments desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line advisory support on HR policies and day-to-day queries.
• Coach managers on employee relations matters (absence, disciplinary, grievances, parental leave).
• Ensure compliant HR practices across countries in scope.
• Manage end-to-end employee relations casework.
• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and documentation updates.
