Job summary

Packsize International in Amsterdam is seeking a Regional Field Safety Specialist – Europe to support our European Field Service teams. This home-based role covers the Netherlands, Germany, and surrounding regions, with a company vehicle and travel about 20% across Europe.

You will conduct field safety audits, coach teams on safe practices, develop safety programs, and ensure regulatory compliance. A Bachelor's degree in a safety field and at least 4 years of EHS experience in multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of EHS experience in field service or multi-site ops.
• Knowledge of European health and safety regulations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety audits and ride-alongs across Europe.
• Coach field teams on safe work practices and hazard recognition.
• Develop and standardize regional safety programs and RAMS/JHAs.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage safety data and regulatory compliance across Europe.
