Job summary

Libra AI Workspace in Europe is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Accounts & Retention to drive strategic enterprise growth across Europe’s largest law firms and corporate legal departments. You will coach senior account executives, shape account penetration, and lead negotiations on high-value enterprise agreements.

You will also head retention across multiple regions, drive adoption and renewal outcomes, and push digital revenue through e-commerce and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS, legal tech, or professional services sales leadership.
• Proven experience winning and managing complex, multi-country enterprise deals.
• Experience leading high-performing sales, retention, or customer success teams.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic enterprise growth across Europe by targeting top law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Own customer retention, renewal outcomes, and expansion initiatives across regions.
