Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a proactive Customs Analyst to support Europe-wide expansion. You will map customs requirements for new markets, collaborate with logistics and brokers, and maintain data integrity in SAP/OTM/GTM while developing scalable SOPs for regional onboarding.

You will balance day-to-day compliance with project work, enabling faster market entry and process improvements across multiple regions. A strong background in European trade dynamics and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in shipping, transportation, or warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in CPG/food.
• Proficiency with ERP/TMS/WMS systems (SAP preferred) and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, LTL/TL routing, tariffs, and temperature-controlled logistics.

Responsibilities

• Map customs requirements for new markets and territories.
• Collaborate with logistics and brokers to implement compliant shipping workflows.
• Maintain customs blueprints in SAP/OTM/GTM and ensure data integrity.
• Develop SOPs for customs activities in new regions to scale operations.
• Track KPI and improve lane launch performance and data accuracy.
