European Customs Enablement Analyst

Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a proactive Customs Analyst to scale our European footprint. You will define customs requirements for new markets, work with logistics and brokers to translate rules into workflows, and maintain data integrity in SAP/OTM/GTM.

You’ll help standardize SOPs, support audits, and collaborate across functions to enable new product launches and seasonal surges. You should have 3–4 years in shipping/logistics, a bachelor’s in a related field, and strong Excel plus analytics skills

Qualifications

• EU Working Permit required for application.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-4 years in shipping, transportation, or warehouse/logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of European trade and customs regimes.

Responsibilities

• New market enablement: research and define customs requirements for new lanes or territories.
• Collaborate with logistics and brokers to translate regulatory requirements into shipping workflows.
• Investigate new regulations to stay ahead of barriers to entry when entering new regions.
• Maintain customs blueprints for new markets in SAP/OTM/GTM with data integrity.
• Develop SOPs for customs activities to scale operations in new regions.
• Track lane-launch success, identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Maintain shipment data in ERP/TMS/WMS and ensure master data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with labeling, Incoterms, and import/export regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: standardize SOPs and optimize networks.
• Partner with CS, Demand Planning, Sales, Quality, Finance for promotions and launches.
• Prepare for audits; maintain records and documentation.
