Ocugen Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager to lead operational planning and delivery of Phase 1–3 trials in Europe, based in Amsterdam. You will oversee study execution across European sites, collaborate with US teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure data integrity and inspection readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and risk mitigation capabilities in a fast-growing European organization, with in‑person office attendance in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years clinical research experience in biotech/pharma.
• 3-5 years in a CTM or study-management role.
• Experience with Phase 2/3 trials and CRO/vendor oversight.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and deliver Phase 1–3 trials following protocol and ICH GCP.
• Manage study timelines, enrollment projections, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate CROs/vendors, start-up activities, and regulatory readiness.
• Lead cross-functional study-team meetings and track decisions.
• Ensure CTMS, eTMF, and EDC data quality and inspection readiness.
