Job summary
Interfood Group is seeking a Manager Commercial Support Europe to lead the Commercial Support team, align priorities across functions and professionalize processes in an international setting. You will support the Commercial Director Europe, prepare meetings and drive follow-up, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level education in business/commerce preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial, business or executive support.
- Experience leading or coordinating a support team.
- Experience coordinating complex priorities with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Commercial Support team with clear priorities.
- Support the Commercial Director Europe in meetings and action follow-up.
- Coordinate commercial meetings, events and cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely commercial support processes and reporting.
- Identify process improvements using digital tools and AI.
