Job summary

MegaGroup Trade Holding is seeking a hands-on Campaign Marketer to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across Europe from our Veghel office. The role supports multiple brands and sales offices, driving campaigns from idea to execution.

You will translate priorities into practical campaigns, coordinate across channels, and ensure materials are commercially relevant and easy to activate for local teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a campaign marketer, all-round marketer, CRM marketer, trade marketer, or in a similar broad marketing role.
• Strong B2B marketing experience is preferred; experience in wholesale, distribution, or a similar commercial environment is a strong advantage.
• Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with sales, category management, e‑commerce, agencies, and local teams.
• A practical, structured, and hands-on mindset, with the ability to turn ideas into concrete actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop central marketing calendar and coordinate with sales offices and category management, translating priorities into actionable plans.
• Lead end-to-end content creation and campaigning, ensuring brand consistency across markets and channels with materials for events and trade fairs.
• Execute, monitor, and analyse multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, and online advertising; optimize via KPI-driven recommendations.
• Oversee central social media activities, manage webshop content and loyalty activation, and coordinate with E-Commerce on topics and inquiries.
• Set up predefined research in SurveyMonkey and support offices with practical campaign frameworks and guidelines.
