Zusammenfassung

Landal is seeking a Growth Marketeer for Belgium (Flanders and Wallonia) to acquire new guests and grow the region as a source market. You will translate central marketing strategy into Belgian campaigns and guide regional teams across projects.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimize performance, manage budgets, OKRs, and collaborate with central teams across UK, DACH, DK to increase effectiveness. The role is based in Amsterdam with hybrid working and home working options.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in commercial marketing in a direct-to-consumer environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic working and thinking level.
• Native-Dutch/Flemish and strong French, and understanding of Belgian market and culture.
• Preferably experience within travel, leisure, tourism.

Aufgaben

• Drive commercial growth and marketing performance for Belgium, planning and prioritizing.
• Develop regional marketing plans and park positioning aligned with brand strategy.
• Coordinate and optimize multi-channel marketing activities (email, paid social, Google Analytics).
• Organize data-driven evaluation of multi-channel campaigns.
• Act as SPOC for onboarding new resorts in the region.
• Connect with central marketing specialists and regional teams to share knowledge.
