Marktlink is expanding its Marketing team in Amsterdam and seeking a proactive Marketeer to drive campaigns across Europe. You’ll join a collaborative team, translate goals into concrete actions, manage multi-channel campaigns and measure impact with HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Around 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience setting up and executing marketing campaigns.
Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn and email marketing.
Experience with lead generation and campaign execution.
Structured, hands-on approach turning ideas into action.
Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.
Excellent English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.
Translate goals into concrete campaigns, actions and deliverables.
Work with HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn and email platforms.
Support lead generation campaigns and measure results.
Coordinate campaigns from start to finish with deadlines and stakeholders.
Analyse results and use insights to improve campaigns.
Collaborate across Marketing and the wider organisation to make campaigns happen.
Bring new ideas and own turning them into reality.
Continuously seek smarter, more impactful campaigns.
