Segway Navimow is offering an internship in Amsterdam for students pursuing a degree in supply chain or analytics. You will support order entry and tracking, assist with data collection and forecasting analyses, and help maintain dashboards and reports.

The role requires strong Excel skills (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, PivotTables) with good English communication, and exposure to ERP/SAP or Power BI is a plus in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, data sensitivity, and structured logical thinking, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, and PivotTables; Power Query is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including order management, demand planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Good communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of English for daily business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily order entry, updates, and maintenance in business systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Assist Planning Managers with data collection, consolidation, and analysis related to demand forecasting, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update operational reports and dashboards, and support improvements in data processing and reporting automation.
• Support overseas logistics team during peak delivery seasons, including order follow-up, shipment coordination, and related activities.
• Work closely with Sales Operations, Supply Chain Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve data- or order-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
